ClashHub is a web platform created by fans for the Clash of Clans community. We are not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Supercell Oy. By using ClashHub, you accept these terms and conditions.

By creating an account and using ClashHub, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Access to ClashHub is by invitation code:

• Codes are single-use and expire.
• Get your code from an existing member.
• The invitation system allows us to maintain a quality community.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your password.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Not sharing your account with other people.
• Providing truthful information during registration.

When linking your Clash of Clans account:

• You use the official API Token provided by Supercell.
• You are responsible for the security of your token.
• We only access public information from your profile.
• You can unlink your account at any time.

Regarding bases and content you upload:

• You are responsible for the content you publish.
• Do not upload offensive, illegal or inappropriate content.
• Respect the intellectual property of other users.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

It is prohibited to:

• Use hacks, cheats, bots or unauthorized software.
• Promote account selling or buying.
• Publish offensive, discriminatory or illegal content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Use the platform for spam or malicious activities.

Clash of Clans assets, names and trademarks are property of Supercell Oy. ClashHub is a trademark of this project. User-generated content belongs to their respective creators.

ClashHub is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions or any damage resulting from use of the platform. We have no control over the Clash of Clans game or Supercell's API.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the platform.
